HTS Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects from Perth, coordinating head office and on-site teams. The role focuses on delivering complex remote projects safely, on time and within budget, with travel to sites monthly from the Perth office.

You will develop plans, schedules and budgets, review methods with engineers, and manage resources, costs and demobilisation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in construction project management, ideally across remote/regional infrastructure, civil works, or resources and defence sector projects
• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV in Project Management)
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO Standards
• Background in engineering, commercial or construction management is ideal, with modular or commercial construction experience

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll independently manage and deliver remote construction projects safely, on time and on budget. You’ll be the driving force behind every phase of delivery, balancing head office responsibilities with on-site leadership.

You will:

• Create and present comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets to a range of stakeholders
• Develop and review construction methodologies and workpacks alongside engineers and site teams
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to hit project objectives
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules, to meet the project program
• Oversee the full logistics of mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote projects
• Help shape our people through onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning
• Office base with monthly travel to sites

About You

You’re an experienced construction project manager who thrives on the unique challenges of remote and regional delivery. Experience in modular building or commercial construction will set you apart, and a background in engineering, commercial or construction management is ideal.

You’ll need:

• Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)
• Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available)

We’d love to see:

• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• 5+ years in construction project management, ideally across remote/regional infrastructure, civil works, or resources and defence sector projects
• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV in Project Management)
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO Standards
• Broad experience spanning estimating, tender participation, FIFO team mentoring, logistics, technical and quality
