Job summary

Quartex, a global software provider, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customers through discovery, design, configuration, training, go-live and ongoing success across multiple products. You’ll facilitate workshops, configure solutions, and drive value while building long-term relationships with clients.

Ideal candidates bring software implementation or consulting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation, onboarding, consulting or customer success.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence facilitating workshops remotely and in person.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Experience in mining, including land access, tenement or heritage management, GIS or resource/reserve reporting, is highly regarded.
• Exposure to SQL or enterprise SaaS platforms is advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft Excel for data preparation and validation.

About the opportunity

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll guide customers through every stage of their implementation journey, from discovery and solution design through to configuration, training, go-live, and ongoing success.

No two projects are the same. One week you could be facilitating customer workshops, the next configuring solutions, delivering training or collaborating with Product and Customer Success to continuously improve the customer experience.

You'll work across a range of Quartex products, helping customers maximise the value of their technology investment while building trusted, long-term relationships.

About you

You'll also bring:

• Experience in software implementation, onboarding, consulting or customer success.

• Confidence facilitating workshops remotely and in person.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Experience in mining, including land access, tenement or heritage management, GIS (spatial data handling) or resource/reserve reporting, is highly regarded.
• Exposure to SQL or enterprise SaaS platforms is advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft Excel for data preparation and validation - lookups, pivot tables, conditional formulas and charting desirable.
• Qualifications in WHS, Compliance, Logistics, Project Management or Training & Assessment are desirable.
