Job summary

Mindshare in Melbourne is seeking a senior Social Strategy Lead to own NAB's paid social presence, planning, activation and optimization across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap.

You will lead a team of three social specialists, translate platform data into actionable insights, and partner with senior client stakeholders to drive media ROI and incremental growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency experience in paid digital media.
• Proven leadership with at least two direct reports.
• Analytical rigour with CPA/ROI focus.
• Excellent communicator of data-driven recommendations.
• Holistic media mindset across social and broader channels.

Responsibilities

• Analytical Rigour: You possess a razor‑sharp focus on the numbers that matter, effortlessly navigating performance metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Exceptional Communicator: You have a brilliant knack for simplifying complex media concepts, allowing you to confidently present clear, evidence‑led recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Holistic Media Mindset: While social is your bread and butter, you are a commercially astute thinker who understands exactly how social media synergises with broader channels like Programmatic and Search.
