Job summary

Centre Against Violence in Wodonga is seeking a Team Leader – Therapeutic Services to guide and develop a team of specialist Counsellor Advocates working with children, young people and adults affected by sexual assault, as well as their support networks.

You will oversee therapeutic services and interventions for children and young people displaying harmful sexual behaviours, ensuring high standards of practice and supportive leadership across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading therapeutic specialists.
• Strong understanding of sexual assault, family violence and complex interpersonal trauma.
• Ability to support and develop a team of Counsellor Advocates.
