Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of visiting scholar programs.
• Be the primary contact for visitors, delivering a welcoming experience.
• Manage travel, accommodation, schedules, and documentation for visits.
• Coordinate onboarding and support recruitment, contracting, visa and admin tasks.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, invoices, and expenditure tracking.
• Support seminars, workshops, lectures, conferences and other engagements.
• Promote and showcase research activities with Communications.
• Maintain records and reporting for program management and evaluation.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for external engagement activities.
