Job summary

NSW Health seeks a Program Manager, Program Management, to lead operational and strategic activities for the NCIRS funding contract. The role ensures timely delivery of outputs, monitors performance, and maintains compliance with funding agreements across multiple government bodies.

Working in a complex health and research environment, you will coordinate with stream leads, researchers and stakeholders to optimise operations, governance and risk management while ensuring high-quality research

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline with postgraduate qualifications.
• Substantial management experience within health, public sector, research or academic environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs of work and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational leadership and management of NCIRS funding contract.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and performance against contractual obligations.
• Monitor compliance with funding agreements with Australian Government and NSW Health authorities.
• Collaborate with stream leads, researchers and stakeholders to optimise operational performance.
• Support governance, risk management and performance monitoring across streams.
