Job summary

Family Planning Australia is seeking a Health Promotion Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for health promotion projects that address reproductive and sexual health in NSW.

You will join a values-driven, equal opportunity team, committing to excellence in community engagement and health advocacy while managing multiple tasks across a multidisciplinary environment. 24 hours per week, based in NSW.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration or business support role.
• High level of digital literacy including MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven planning, time management and organisational abilities.
• Must have permanent working rights in Australia; NSW driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for health promotion projects.
• Assist in coordinating activities to address NSW reproductive and sexual health needs.
• Support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
