Job summary

Family Planning Australia is seeking a Health Promotion Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for high-quality health promotion projects addressing reproductive and sexual health in NSW.

The role is 24 hours per week, requiring strong digital literacy, excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, and the ability to engage diverse communities in a respectful, non-judgmental manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration or business support role.
• High level of digital literacy, including proficiency with collaboration tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven planning, time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support in the delivery of health promotion projects.
• Coordinate project activities and documentation to support NSW communities.
