Murray PHN is seeking two Health Measurement and Evaluation Coordinators to support insight-driven organisational decision-making through analysis, measurement and evaluation systems in Shepparton, VIC.

You will join the Planning and Performance team to analyse data, evaluate programs and provide evidence-based recommendations that improve performance and health outcomes across our communities. Salary $99,078 per annum plus super.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification in evaluation or a related field.
• Minimum three years' experience in program monitoring and evaluation, research, data analysis or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience using surveys and other data collection and analysis tools.
• Understanding of privacy legislation and data governance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading or coordinating small project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate health measurement and evaluation activities that support organisational performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Develop reports and evaluation findings to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead program evaluations and performance reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve data collection, measurement and reporting practices.
• Contribute to the development of evaluation frameworks, tools and organisational capability in monitoring and evaluation.
