Job summary

Murray PHN in Mildura is seeking two Health Measurement and Evaluation Coordinators to support insight-driven decision-making by applying analysis, measurement and evaluation systems. You will work within Planning and Performance to analyze data, evaluate programs and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Successful candidates bring a tertiary qualification in evaluation, three years' related experience, and strong stakeholder engagement to improve data collection, reporting and organisational

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in evaluation or related field.
• Minimum three years' experience in program monitoring and evaluation, research, data analysis or related field.
• Demonstrated experience using surveys and other data collection and analysis tools.
• Understanding of privacy legislation and data governance requirements.
• High-level problem-solving, organisational and project coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading or coordinating small project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health measurement and evaluation activities to support organisational performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Develop reports and evaluation findings to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead program evaluations and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve data collection, measurement and reporting practices.
• Contribute to the development of evaluation frameworks, tools and organisational capability in monitoring and evaluation.
