Job summary

The Kids Research Institute Australia in Sydney, NSW is hiring a Partnerships & Grants Coordinator to strengthen philanthropic funding, manage grant processes, and build donor relationships across researchers and stakeholders.

Based at our Sydney offices with flexible hybrid options, you will drive funding applications, maintain pipelines in Salesforce, and deliver timely reporting to advance life-changing pediatric research.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an administrative, coordination or customer-focused role, ideally not-for-profit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate philanthropic funding applications, submissions and reporting deadlines.
• Support grant administration, stewardship activities and donor communications.
• Conduct prospect research and identify new funding opportunities.
• Maintain records, reporting and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Build relationships with researchers, funders and internal stakeholders.
• Support supporter meetings, events and engagement activities.
