Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build, maintain and enhance mobile and web applications supporting BlueCare and digital initiatives. Based in Brisbane with hybrid work, this two-year fixed-term contract involves the full software development lifecycle and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will use React Native, ExpressJS, JavaScript and TypeScript to deliver secure, scalable solutions across web and mobile platforms, integrate APIs, manage databases, and support

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in modern software environments.
• Experience building mobile and web applications with React Native.
• Frontend and backend development across web, Android and iOS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance mobile and web apps across front-end and back-end.
• Design and build scalable solutions using React Native and ExpressJS.
• Translate business requirements into practical digital solutions with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues, bugs and production incidents for stability.
• Support API integrations, databases and cloud-hosted apps.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, system upgrades and platform changes.
• Participate in testing, deployment and release activities across platforms.
• Support Azure DevOps pipelines and modern development practices.
