Job summary

Randstad Australia in Darwin is seeking an Employment Outcomes Officer for the RAES Program. You will calculate, claim, and track 52-week employment outcomes, manage budgets, and work with site teams to ensure funded outcomes.

You will need strong data skills with ECSN/ESS or similar databases and solid Excel abilities, plus readiness to travel to remote Indigenous communities as required.

Qualifications

• Experience using employment databases (ECSN, ESS) and strong Excel skills.
• Background in customer service, senior administration, or claims processing.
• Precise, data-driven with ability to meet targets.
• Ability to engage with remote site teams and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Claim Calculation & Submission: Calculate, lodge, and secure employment outcome claims in government systems within deadlines.
• Employer & Site Collaboration: Support remote teams to track payslips and keep participants employed.
• Project Budgeting & Payments: Track budgets and process monthly payments to stakeholders.
• Performance Reporting & Auditing: Conduct data audits and deliver weekly/monthly reports.
• Data Management & Systems: Maintain participant datasheets and ensure accurate records.
