genU is seeking an Employment Consultant to support participants on their journey to meaningful work within the Workforce Australia program. You will build relationships, assess strengths, and provide practical guidance to help job seekers become job-ready and confident in their abilities.

This role requires collaboration with employers, training partners, and community supports. The position is full-time in Victoria, offering salary band of AUD 65,000–AUD 73,000 plus superannuation and NFP

Qualifications

• Highly developed communication skills to support participants and stakeholders.
• Accurate and timely documentation and compliance records per Workforce Australia requirements.
• Collaborative team member with professionalism and a positive approach.
• Experience in customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
