Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL) is hiring an Early Years Coordinator for the Bayside Peninsula Area. You will support children with developmental delay or disability and help families access the right supports through NDIS and community services.

The role is permanent, full-time (38 hours) with an initial fully office-based probation, moving to a hybrid model with at least 60% in office after probation. Office locations include Frankston and Heatherton.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience working with children, families or people with disability.
• Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS.
• Knowledge of the early childhood approach and best practice principles (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Engage with the local community to assist children with developmental delay or disability access mainstream services regardless of NDIS eligibility.
• Support the delivery of a high-quality early childhood service in accordance with the contract, program guidelines and KPIs.
• Ensure practices and processes enable service level monitoring, evaluation and reporting against KPIs.
• Work with management to identify opportunities for quality improvement and service development.
