Job summary

Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL) is seeking an Early Years Coordinator for the Northern Region to support children with developmental delay or disability and their families within the NDIS program and the broader community.

Based in Melbourne's Northern region, the role combines in-office collaboration with community partners, with a potential hybrid arrangement after probation and a 38-hour week to deliver high-quality early childhood services in line with contract guidelines and regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening abilities to engage families and communities.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with partners.
• Comfort with using computer programs and entering information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local communities to support children with developmental delay or disability access mainstream services.
• Support delivery of high-quality early childhood services per contract and guidelines.
• Monitor, evaluate and report against KPIs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with management on quality improvement and service development.
