Brotherhood of St Laurence in Melbourne Western Suburbs VIC is seeking an Early Years Coordinator to support children with developmental delay or disability and their families within the NDIS Services program.

The role is permanent full-time with an initial office-based probation period and a potential hybrid arrangement after probation, requiring a minimum of 60% in the office. You’ll work to improve outcomes and accessibility across the local community.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS.
• Knowledge of the early childhood approach and best practice (desirable).
• Lived experience with disability or understanding its impact on families and communities.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with the local community to help children with developmental delay or disability access mainstream services.
• Support delivery of a high-quality early childhood service in accordance with guidelines and obligations.
• Monitor KPIs and outcomes and report on performance.
• Collaborate with management to identify quality improvement opportunities and resource implications.
