Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. You will plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal applicants hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-equivalent) and current WA Teacher Registration, with strong EYLF and NQS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EYLF-aligned programs.
• Knowledge of NQS standards and quality improvement.
• Active WA teacher registration or clear pathway to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation
