Job summary

Buttercups Childcare in Western Australia is seeking highly engaged educators with a Certificate III or Diploma to join our team. You will deliver day-to-day care and education, collaborate with fellow educators, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will foster warm relationships with children, families and the community, align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and maintain WWCC and Police Clearance on onboarding.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with staff, children and families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment for children.
• Deliver day-to-day care, supervision and education, and share the daily schedule to spark curiosity.
