Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Educator position is on-site in our community program. You will help children feel safe, included and heard, bringing energy, creativity and a positive presence to daily activities while supporting families and staff.

We provide extensive training, up to $4,000 in annual allowances, staff discounts for our own children, traineeships, and a comprehensive Employee Benefits, Rewards & Recognition program, plus access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal.
• Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification.
• Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in your relevant state.
• Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (Desirable)
• National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko.
• Required Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your relevant state
• Availability requirements: 6:30am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:30pm & Optional 6-8 hour shifts during school holidays.
