The TheirCare OSHC Educator role in Ballarat involves helping children feel safe and included, bringing energy and creativity to daily activities, and delivering memorable experiences for families and staff.

Ideal candidates have childcare industry experience, an ACECQA approved qualification, and valid Working with Children checks. The role supports ongoing training, allowances, and employee benefits within a safe, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal (as stated).
• Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification.
• Employee Working with Children's Check valid in your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting is desirable.
• National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko is listed.
• Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your state.
