Job summary

Randstad seeks a proactive Road Safety Program Coordinator to support vital road safety initiatives in Geelong, Victoria. You will coordinate grant and education programs, manage end-to-end lifecycles, and engage with external stakeholders to deliver strong safety outcomes.

The role requires experience in program coordination within public sector settings, plus tertiary Project Management qualifications. Applicants should have excellent communication, robust organization, and WWCC clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs in community, government, or public sector.
• Tertiary qualifications or training in Project Management is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing program administration, budgets, procurement and contracts.
• Excellent communication for clear briefs and correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• WWCC validation is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, delivery, and reporting phases for grant and education programs.
• Coordinate financial and contractual requirements across multiple streams.
• Build strong relationships with external applicants and stakeholders.
• Support procurement of external expertise and high-level program administration.
• Draft program guidelines, letters, media releases, and executive briefs.
• Identify innovative approaches to improve program efficiency and delivery.
