Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Program Lead - Education to develop, implement, and evaluate state-wide road safety education initiatives for schools and young people in Victoria. This 6-month contract places you at the center of program leadership, partnership management, and strategic delivery across the education sector.

You will oversee relationships with key partners, including the Road to Zero Education Complex, while guiding governance, budgeting, and continuous improvement efforts to maximise

Qualifications

• Experience as Road Safety Education Program Manager or leading state-wide education initiatives.
• Project/program management experience including contract negotiation, vendor management, and evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Must hold a valid Driver's Licence and a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and evaluate evidence-based road safety education programs for schools and young people.
• Oversee contract performance and provider management, including relationships with Museums Victoria and Road to Zero Education Complex.
• Collaborate with education sector partners and road safety networks to share knowledge and coordinate delivery.
• Apply project and program management principles to manage deliverables, budgets, risks, procurement, and improvements.
• Represent the organisation at education and road safety forums, events, and conferences.
