Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Therapeutic Area Specialist to expand our Immunology footprint in QLD. You will cultivate strong relationships with key dermatology and rheumatology accounts, translate scientific data for healthcare professionals, and drive multi-channel plans.

Qualifications

5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical role with recent launch and/or Dermatology experience desirable.
Proven ability to communicate scientific data to healthcare professionals.
Sound business acumen and track record with key accounts in a specialty environment.
Omnichannel mindset and customer journey mapping proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business relationships with key accounts across therapeutic areas.
Regularly review account performance and market trends to shape future plans.
Build and maintain stakeholder networks internally and externally to drive the business.
Place customers at the centre of decisions and solutions.
Foster team effectiveness and share knowledge and insights.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and BMS standards of business conduct.
