Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to assess and support individuals with SUD in home and community settings. • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
• Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess the strengths and needs of those seeking support for substance use disorder.
• Perform level of care assessments for treatment placement.
• Coordinate resources and services for individuals served.
• Carry out group and individual SUD psychotherapy.
• Perform routine and timely outreach to referrals and those who experience a lapse in treatment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client contact and related activities.
• Attend team meetings, collaborate with community partners, participate in related programs to support individuals served.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with behavioral medicine and other teams within ISBH.
• Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
• Build relationships and network with partners to build substance use program, expand referral base and strengthen community relationships
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Substance Use Counselor!

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeast and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

The salary range for this position is $19.25-$27.08 per hour based on experience and/or licensure.

• $19.25/hr. - $22.50/hr.
• $23.11/hr. - $25.20/hr.
• $24.11/hr. - $27.08/hr.

Essential Functions:
