Job summary

Pitcher Partners' Ignite Graduate Program offers recent graduates a pathway into our full‑service accounting and advisory firm. You’ll gain meaningful experiences, diversify your skillset, and develop critical thinking while building relationships across the firm.

Eligibility includes completing or being in the final year of an Accounting/Business/Commerce degree, Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, and starting full‑time in February 2027.

Qualifications

• Completion or final year of a relevant degree (Accounting, Business, Commerce, Data Analytics), majoring in Accounting
• Graduated within the last two years, or due to complete by end of 2026
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
• Available to commence full-time in February 2027
• Desire to pursue Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification for those in Accounting/Commerce/Business

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to a wide range of work and clients across the firm
• Receive extensive technical training and resources to support professional development
• Participate in the National Graduate Training Program held offsite for a week of training, social and networking events
• Induction week to meet the staff and start building relationships across the firm
• Ongoing technical training and learning of systems and software used across the firm

Who we’re looking for:

You’re curious, motivated, and ready to embrace possibility. To be eligible, you will:

• Have completed, or are in the final year of completing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Accounting, Business, Commerce, Data Analytics etc.), majoring in Accounting
• Have completed or are in the final year of completing a Bachelor's Degree in a discipline that is transferrable and aligns to skills needed to work in a Professional Accounting firm.
• Graduated within the last two years, or due to complete studies by the end of 2026
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
• Be available to commence a full-time position in early February 2027
• Have a desire to complete your Chartered Accountants (CA) qualification for those completing a degree in Accounting, Commerce & Business.
