Job summary

Pitcher Partners Sydney invites applications for a cadetship starting February 2027. This program combines full-time work with study commitments and university attendance.

As a cadet you receive a generous salary, study support, and mentoring from qualified staff and partners. Regular in-house training and access to resources help you apply university theories to real business situations.

Qualifications

• You must be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident.
• You must be in Year 12 and complete HSC in 2026, or have completed your first year at university in 2026 and intend to work full time.
• You must plan to apply to a CA-approved degree to start the CA program after university.

Responsibilities

• Work Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) with study leave provisions.
• Study leave provisions (4 hours per week for travel or lectures).
• Attend University Part/Time.
• Textbook Allowance and Study & Exam Leave.

What are we looking for:

We are seeking to recruit a number of cadets to start working with us in February 2027. To be eligible for the cadetship program:

• You must be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
• You must be in Year 12 of high school and due to complete your HSC in 2026 or you would have completed your first year at university in 2026 and are committed to working full time.
• You must be intending to apply to a single degree with a course that is approved by the Institute of Chartered Accountants so you can commence the CA program at the completion of your university studies.
