We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across the full project lifecycle. In this role, you’ll partner with business and cyber teams to shape identity requirements, assess solutions, and deliver security-aligned architectures that meet enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to solution architecture deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Provide expert advice on identity requirements, security methodologies, integration patterns, and potential solutions.
• Support projects by delivering preliminary solution architectures, presenting risks and recommendations to governance boards, and providing assurance throughout delivery.
• Consult across multiple identity projects, influencing strategy, governance, and technical direction.
• Guide stakeholders on identity compliance obligations and uplift identity practices within the architecture community.

What You’ll Bring:

• Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management, modern authentication, and federation technologies.
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Auth0/Okta, Microsoft Entra, and Active Directory.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with complex integration needs.
• Familiarity with ACSC Essential 8, ISM, PSPF, ISO 27001, NIST, CPS234, and related frameworks.
• 8+ years’ development, architecture, and consulting experience, including at least 5 years in security solution architecture.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, SABSA, or similar) are highly valued.
