About You

  • Ability to communicate effectively with users and provide practical, customer-focused technical support.
  • Ability to follow established processes and work appropriately with classified systems, information and environments.
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with Windows environments, computer hardware, networking or ICT support.
  • Experience with workstation builds, device deployments, user account administration or endpoint support.
  • ICT qualifications or relevant technical certifications.
