Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial management or contract management.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret contracts and identify risks.
• Experience providing strategic procurement advice to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify ICT procurement opportunities and deliver sound outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on ICT procurement strategy, market engagement and sourcing approaches.
• Review, analyse and negotiate contracts for favourable terms and risk reduction.
• Drive competition and value through procurement activities.
• Upskill procurement capability through coaching and education.
• Lead and support end-to-end procurement processes across multiple categories.
• Navigate complex procurement challenges with confidence and creativity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement frameworks, policies and practices.
