Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT management.
Certification in Microsoft tenant or related technologies.
Excellent customer service and outcomes-focused mindset with pragmatic delivery.
Ability to influence stakeholders across the business, including vendors and MSPs.
Experience leading a high-performing team.
Experience in cloud-first environments and government-regulated organisations.
Experience delivering complex infrastructure or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic ICT leadership to enable organisational priorities and operations.
Lead the implementation of the IT Roadmap, governance, cybersecurity, data protection, and service delivery.
Oversee performance and contracts of ICT managed service providers and technology partners.
Build staff capacity and promote technology-enabled ways of working, including AI literacy and adoption.
