icare in Sydney is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the end-to-end management of strategic ICT supplier contracts, ensuring value, governance and service continuity across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with business leaders and suppliers, monitor performance through governance forums, and drive improvements in contract management while operating in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial, technology or strategic supplier contracts.
• Ability to interpret contractual obligations, assess risks and resolve issues.
• Experience with governance, reporting and supplier performance alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic supplier ICT contracts.
• Build productive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance through governance forums and reviews.
• Identify and escalate contract and supplier risks to maintain continuity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance and procurement frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management practices.
