Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking two ICT Technical Business Partners to join our team on temporary 3-year appointments. You will manage TechnologyOne OneCouncil modules, coordinate a rolling 12-month improvement plan, and act as the main ICT liaison for allocated business units.

This role is offered with a hybrid work model, 35-hour weeks, and a salary of AU$149,302.83 to AU$161,869.03 per year plus 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis, functional consulting, application support, or specialist roles.
• Proven liaison between ICT and business units, translating requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of business operations, processes, systems, and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ICT liaison for allocated business units, aligning technology with objectives.
• Provide expert configuration and administration of TechnologyOne OneCouncil and modules.
• Lead rolling 12-month improvement program, system enhancements and user adoption initiatives.
• Facilitate module working groups and governance forums to manage priorities and changes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements to delivery and benefits realization.
