Job summary

PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD – Canberra ACT is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to work with business areas to capture and document requirements and current processes. The role includes conducting elicitation and design workshops with stakeholders and preparing briefs, minutes and SOPs.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of ICT BA experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across ICT domains to identify gaps and redesign business processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ICT Business analysis experience.
• Experience in current state assessments to identify gaps and redesign processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work across ICT domains with diverse stakeholders.
