RAMIS Associates is seeking a skilled ICT Business Analyst on a full-time basis in Melbourne. You will work with management, business users and technical stakeholders to analyse requirements, improve processes and support ICT solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant experience as ICT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience analysing business processes and identifying system improvements.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, process flows and BRDs.
• Understanding of system development, testing and implementation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with management, users and stakeholders to identify and analyse business needs and ICT requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes, systems, procedures and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and evaluate functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Prepare business requirement specifications, functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams and related documentation.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing ICT systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements for system development and implementation.
• Liaise between business stakeholders, management, developers and other technical professionals.
• Assist with the design, development, testing, implementation and integration of ICT systems and solutions.
• Evaluate proposed system solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and organisational objectives.
• Develop test plans and participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
