Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex operational environments.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, payroll, or reporting platforms.
• Ability to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in system testing, implementation, and user training.
• Strong data analysis and reporting, including dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and review operational workflows across multiple sites to identify inefficiencies.
• Gather, validate, and prioritise business and system requirements with managers and staff.
• Evaluate and optimise workforce scheduling and job allocation systems.
• Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and external IT vendors and developers.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of system improvements from definition to post-implementation review.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate changes.
• Support integration between CRM, scheduling, payroll, and reporting systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes.
