Synechron Australia in Sydney is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to translate user needs into functional specifications and system requirements for technology projects in the financial services sector.

You will work with stakeholders to document business processes, specify solutions, and support testing, training, and deployment. The role requires 1+ year in business analysis and familiarity with credit card processing systems; a formal IT qualification is preferred.

Formación

• 1+ year business analysis and design experience for technology projects in system development within the Financial Services, Banking, Cards, Payments Retail or Insurance environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT highly recommended.
• Experience in VisionPLUS, CardPac or similar Credit Card processing systems is highly desirable.
• Credit card or Consumer Finance experience is good to have.
• Exposure to programming languages such as Cobol, JCL, CMS is required.
• Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and undertake multiple concurrent tasks and accountability of project deliverable.
• Negotiation skills.
• Understanding of Industry Standard Test Methodologies inc. SDLC, FLT or QTC in a BOX.

ICT Business Analyst As an ICT business analyst you would be responsible for identifying and communicating with users to formulate and produce a requirements specification to create system and software solutions.
