Qualifications

• Current Queensland College of Teachers registration.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum for Middle Years Humanities.
• Capacity to teach IB DP Global Politics.
• Understanding of IB educational philosophy and inquiry-based teaching.
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and academically rigorous lessons in Middle Years Humanities and IB DP Global Politics.
• Foster inquiry, international-mindedness and respectful consideration of diverse perspectives.
• Use evidence-informed teaching, assessment and feedback to support student progress.
• Build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to student wellbeing and the wider life of the School.
