Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific in Canberra is seeking an experienced IAM Test Lead to drive testing across a Federal Government program. You will lead planning, execution and governance of UAT, SIT and end-to-end testing using ALM Octane and Azure DevOps.

You will develop test strategies, create traceability matrices and artefacts, mentor testing teams, manage risks and coordinate across multiple projects to deliver secure identity and access management outcomes on a long-term contract until 30 June 2027

Qualifications

• Experience leading UAT, SIT and end-to-end testing
• Developing test strategies, plans, schedules, and traceability matrices
• Leading teams and coordinating testing across multiple projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience using ALM Octane and Azure DevOps tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of testing activities across multiple IAM projects
• Develop test strategies, test plans, schedules, traceability matrices and test summary reports
• Lead and mentor testing teams, driving performance and capability uplift
• Create, review and execute complex test artefacts, test cases and test data
• Manage testing risks, issues and dependencies and provide escalation as needed
