Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Identity and Access Management within Cyber Security in Melbourne. The role combines hands-on IAM engineering with design, configuration, and testing across SailPoint Cloud, IdentityIQ, Entra ID and CyberArk to uplift identity governance and provisioning in large enterprises.

You will work with client teams to deliver practical IAM outcomes, develop documentation, and support repeatable delivery with deployment artefacts in a global EY environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IAM engineering experience with SailPoint Cloud and IdentityIQ.
• Experience designing, configuring and testing IAM integrations and provisioning.
• Strong ability to implement identity governance across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, test and deploy IAM solutions focused on SailPoint.
• Implement identity lifecycle workflows and provisioning processes.
• Design and test connectors, onboarding and entitlement models.
• Assess application integration patterns for onboarding and testing.
