Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager - Cyber Security in Technology Consulting in Australia. The role focuses on strengthening Identity and Access Management, designing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions, and driving governance and automation across large client environments.

You will work with EY's Cyber Security specialists to deliver hands-on One Identity projects, integrate with AD/Entra ID, and optimize identity transformation initiatives in a hybrid setting based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with One Identity Manager is essential.
• Identity lifecycle management, provisioning and access governance.
• Application onboarding and target system integrations.
• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID integration.
• IT Shop, access request workflows and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead One Identity Manager implementation, configuration and support.

The opportunity

Join EY's Cyber Security team and help some of Australia's largest organisations strengthen their Identity and Access Management capabilities.

We're looking for a hands-on One Identity professional to design, implement, support and optimise enterprise identity solutions for leading clients.

Whether your experience is focused on delivering new One Identity implementations or supporting and enhancing existing environments, you'll play a key role in helping organisations improve identity governance, automate access management and strengthen cyber resilience.

Working as part of EY's growing Cyber Security practice, you'll collaborate with technical specialists, architects and client stakeholders on complex identity transformation initiatives across a broad range of industries.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne or Sydney. The role follows a hybrid working model, with a minimum expectation of three days per week in the office.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Experience with CyberArk, Delinea, Active Roles Server, PowerShell, Azure identity technologies or other IGA platforms will be highly regarded.
