Job summary

Hype DC Pty Ltd is seeking a retail team member to deliver premium customer service while selling streetwear and sneakers in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the team to hit sales KPIs and assist with stock processing and order fulfillment.

The role focuses on delivering a memorable shopping experience, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive CAN-DO culture within a premium sneaker destination.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.
• Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales KPIs.
• Good listening and feedback usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Process large volumes of stock.
• Pick and pack click and dispatch orders.
• Assist in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, VM and cleaning.

The role & responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
• Working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Processing large volumes of stock
• Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
• Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
• Maintaining a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
