Job summary

Hype DC Mid City is seeking a premium and experienced Store Manager to lead our premium sneaker destination, delivering the brand vision and building a high-performance culture.

You will be on the floor 80% of the week, driving sales and KPIs, delivering memorable customer experiences, coaching the team, and ensuring omni-channel excellence while maintaining a fun, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a large team.
• Experience in roster management and achieving cost efficiency metrics.

What You Will Work On

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Mid City location! As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

Who You Will Work With

As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in-store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI's targets

• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
