Hype DC at World Square in Sydney is hiring a Christmas Sales Assistant. You will help customers find the right sneakers, unpack stock, and handle online orders, thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Bring energy, a can-do attitude, and a love for sneakers to our busiest season. Prior retail experience helps, but enthusiasm and reliability are the keys to success in this premium store.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Available October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends and late nights.
• Passion for sneakers and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create a standout customer experience at every interaction.
• Support the team to hit sales and KPI targets.
• Keep stock moving: receiving, restocking, and shelving.
• Pick and pack online orders for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store appearance.

About the Role

Step into the season in style with Hype DC at our World Square store! As Christmas Sales Assistants, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
• Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals
• Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
• Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
• Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
• Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
