Job summary

Hype DC Pty Ltd in Miranda is seeking a Christmas Sales Assistant to join during the peak season. You will help customers find sneakers, unpack stock, and pack online orders while contributing to a busy, fun store atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are passionate about sneakers, capable of delivering outstanding service, and available October 2026 through mid-January 2027, including weekends and late nights. Retail experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Customer service skills and a friendly approach are required.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven to achieve KPIs.
• Open to learning, feedback and improving performance.

About the Role

Step into the season in style with Hype DCat our Mirandastore! As Christmas Sales Assistants, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
