Job summary

Hype DC at World Square is seeking Christmas Sales Assistants to join our busiest season. You’ll help customers find the perfect sneakers, unpack stock, and pack online orders with energy and a can-do attitude.

If you love sneakers, enjoy fast-paced days and working with great people, you’ll fit right in. Availability from Oct 2026 to mid-Jan 2027, including Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for sneakers, streetwear and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Retail experience is great but not essential.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full.

About The Role

Step into the season in style with Hype DC at our World Square store! As Christmas Sales Assistants, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year. From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
