Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an enthusiastic Hygiene Technician to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. You will perform installations, repairs and removals of our products in customer washrooms and provide First Aid servicing and steam treatments as required.

You will work to a planned schedule within a defined zone, delivering excellent customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and adapting to client needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Commitment to customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Installations, repairs and removals of our product into customer washrooms, including First Aid servicing, steam treatments.
• Complete all routine work which may include completing detailed bathrooms, sharps, first aid and steam treatments.
• Working to a planned schedule within a set zone
• Providing good customer service to all clients
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• Be aware of clients' needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
• Be able to travel to regional areas when needed and stay away. (Kalgoorlie, Albany, Geraldton, Busselton)
