Job summary

Initial Hygiene is seeking enthusiastic technicians to join a full-time, permanent team on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and variety while being supported throughout your role.

As part of the Rentokil Initial family, you’ll receive a fully maintained work vehicle with a fuel card, a mobile phone, and access to training, bonuses, and development opportunities. You’ll work with clients across regional Western Australia and contribute to high service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence with good driving record.
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet.
• Pre-employment medical, references and police checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Installations, repairs and removals of our product into customer washrooms, including First Aid servicing, steam treatments.
• Complete all routine work which may include completing detailed bathrooms, sharps, first aid and steam treatments.
• Working to a planned schedule within a set zone.
• Providing good customer service to all clients.
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Be aware of clients' needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
• Be able to travel to regional areas when needed and stay away (Kalgoorlie, Albany, Geraldton, Busselton).
