Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Technician to join our Sydney team. This hands-on, full-time role involves traveling to diverse client sites to service washroom hygiene products and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

You will work independently and with teams, building strong client relationships and using mobile tech for reporting. A current Australian driver’s licence and working rights are required, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Current Australian driver’s license and full working rights.
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety, health and environmental policies and document work using mobile tech.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products across client sites.
• Use mobile tech to document and report work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships on-site.
• Proactively address on-site issues and escalate when needed.
