Job summary

B & K Group Australia is seeking hands-on Hydromulch Operators to drive, load, mix and assist in hydroseeding operations across South East and Regional Queensland. You’ll work with the crew on site, travel as required, and help prepare blends and ensure safety standards.

Permanent full-time role with training and progression opportunities into senior operator or foreperson roles. Current licence and Construction White Card are required, with a practical, safety-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• Current Drivers Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Preferred hydromulch or hydroseeding experience.
• Physically fit and willing to travel.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Loading, mixing and preparing hydromulch blends.
• Operate the hydroseeder unit and hoses during application.

Hydromulch Operator
Base: Sumner QLD | Projects: SE QLD & Regional QLD

Join B & K Group Australia, a national leader in revegetation and erosion control.
We're seeking hands-on hydromulch operators who can drive, load, mix and assist in hydromulch and hydroseeding operations across South East and Regional QLD.

You'll drive the hydroseeding truck, help prepare and load materials, and work alongside your crew applying product on-site.
